Alright, the folks over at exceedrc.com are being less than helpful. They are half assedly responding to my support requests (phone calls and emails), but always in a way that seems to be geared more toward wearing me down and getting me off the phone than in actually coming to a resolution and getting me flying.

The latest is that they believe that the dip switches on the back of my control might be set wrong. That’s all well and good. I have no reason to believe they are set correctly. What these folks refuse to do, is let me know what the defaults are. They will tell me they think the settings are wrong but won’t let me know what they should be.
