So on the phone with ExceedRC, I was informed that they could not offer an exchange. They could do a refund, but no exchange. I clued the guy in as to how that was not in their best interest, but in the end I rolled with it.
The package arrived with them on Friday. I emailed them on Friday just to get an update and to confirm they got it.
Today I get a response. The response is to ask me if I want an exchange or a refund. I decide to throw caution to the wind and roll with an exchange. Wish me luck, eh?
